What I Eat in a Day as a Vegan

Breakfast:


Toasts with peanut butter and raspberry jam
Half an orange

Lunch



Rice with avocado, onion, mushroom, paprika, garlic, soy sauce and red pepper powder.

Dinner


A full Korean meal!
Seaweed, tofu with soy sauce, radish, spinach, bean sprouts, rice, pan fried onion and mushroom.
